The Georgia State case is important to educators who deliver content in all formats (F2F, blended & distance) because of the common use of LMS technology to house and present teaching & learning materials. Understanding what constitutes “fair use” seems to be ever-ambiguous and educators and their institutions must be vigilent when using eReserves (and any other intellectual property), as demonstrated by the Georgia State case.
